j paul getty museum

we couldn’t have taken a better day to visit the getty museum at the getty center in los angeles. it was on the cool side but nary a cloud, it was bright and sunny. such a gorgeous day. besides that we went on a weekday, we dodged the traffic both ways and the museum was close to empty.

our little big guy rallied for the most part. his keen interest favored more on the colorful and striking works of art. he took delight at the holy family, madonna & child and Jesus icons which are to him, familiar scenes.

we bought lunch at the center cafeteria that offered quite a selection. the food was alright, albeit pricey, but one can never complain as the museum is entrance free.
