weekly photo challenge: let there be light

here’s my entry to this week’s dailypost weekly photo challenge: let there be light

putting up our christmas tree has always been a family affair. and when we finally turn the lights on, i remember my children at young age marvel at the sight of such a joyful event. it is no different with our precious one. he helped decorate and when lolo finally turned the lights on, his eyes glowed and he cheered. such feelings are not unique to my kids for even i have that spark in my heart every time we lit the tree for the first time each season. i see the splendor of the christmas tree signifying the fullness of life, it’s beauty, hope and joy.
