weekly photo challenge: street life

here is my entry to the daily post’s weekly photo challenge: street life – a street scene i took in warsaw during a pilgrimage in 2012. it may be dull especially on a drizzly autumn day but certainly not for someone exploring the city for the first time. in this picture are my fellow pilgrims on our way to the historic old town center, a picturesque part of the city.

So that’s how a street in Warsaw looks like. Thanks for sharing lolaWi. I love reading about history and your picture reminds me of those books about WWII..

Poland has a rich history. Our tour guide said this is a modern day Warsaw, rebuilt after it was ravaged by war. Glad you liked it.

Love the building’s architecture, must be a nice place to take a stroll on a nice, sunny day.
