for ailsa’s travel theme: simplify, my entry is a japanese garden

i believe the essence of a japanese garden is to simplify; make less complex, eliminate non-essential elements in order to bring about beauty, tranquility and harmony.

      thank you Arlene. we love the chicago botanic garden. such a beautiful space. free entrance; just minimal parking fee. we go at least once or twice a year.
