my daughter and i began our holiday in nice, a charming city along the french riviera. one of the cityโ€™s main attractions is the old town, vieux nice, abuzz with activity day and night. it’s a perfect place to wander around, get into the pulse of life, have a drink or two, enjoy gelato and savor the unmistakable provincial french feel. we strolled along the waterfront promenade, breathed the mediterranean air, enjoyed the sunset simply relished every moment, happy and grateful.

  1. How very lovely it is, Lola. That’s such a big ice cream shop. Looks like they have hundreds of flavours to choose from. ๐Ÿ™‚ Beautiful shot of you and Pia.

No those are some very familiar sights! I wonder if we were there at the same time? We stayed in Nice Oct 6-9.

It looks closely like the Italian Riviera. Someday I’d like to go there too. Thanks for sharing. I love the market.

Looks like a very nice holiday, Lola. Both of you look so happy. Looked like a splendid day at the beach. Hope it wasn’t too hot and there was a cool sea breeze ๐Ÿ™‚
