aside from the obvious reasons why we frequent mallard lake is to expose our little big guy to nature.  and also to better manage his “electronic times” and “indoor activities”.  so when we go to mallard, he is refrained from bringing “conventional” toy or iPad.  we do however take a ball, frisbee or a kite.

here is our grandson that has seriously taken the fallen berries as toys.   and just a couple of weeks ago, happily playing kick ball, both at mallard.

    You are such a wise person, Wilma. You always were since I’ve known you. I hate all these excesses of electronics. I wish I could ban mobile phones, video parlours and games and most TV programmes too. The result of all this over exposure to children is shocking.
