wpc: half and half

wpc’s half and half this week is certainly an interesting challenge.  ben wants us to share an image that has two clear halves, literally or figuratively… or bring into balance two opposing visual elements – light and dark, color or its absence…

fascinated by what can be seen below from up high, i always request for a window seat every time i fly.  and when the airplane powered full-thrust for take-off, i face the window and fix my eyes on the ground until the earth faded from the skies.  same is true during descend, i always have my camera on hand, as the aircraft come closer the ground.

here’s  one snapshot where the aircraft was preparing for landing, and the beautiful sight below is half sea and half land.

Same here, I opt for a window except in long haul flights or red-eye. Nice capture.

I do the same. Hate it if I have an aisle seat (or we’re in thick cloud 🙂 )
